Nui & brother love

Everyone was randomly loving one another this afternoon.

Movie Time

First pic is at our cousins house on Saturday night. Second pic, with Declan looking very grown up, is early Sunday morning.

Art

We went to the Arts & Cultural Center to see an art installation geared towards the kiddos. Z was a little freaked out by the big fort built to explore, but they all liked the art activity center.

Pumpkin Patch

We took our first trip to the pumpkin patch today. Z HAD to get a pumpkin to make into an angry bird. He has been very patient and was thrilled to go today.

School

Z LOVES school. It is so awesome. When we walk down the path to his classroom he starts chanting, "my Janie." (His teacher is Ms. Janie.) Today he didn't want to leave and Zadoc said he would wait if he wanted to finish their lesson so he ran back to Janie. Last night when I was putting him to sleep e declared, "the Earth goes around the sun."  And, today when he was leaving the cutest little girl in his class was "hugging all over him" (as Zadoc put it.) We are so thrilled for him.

Playing

Declan

Pictures from my attempt at shopping with Declan and cruising in the car with him. He loves to sit at the driver's seat.

Monk Seal

We had an awesome beach dinner play date tonight with our cousins. The kids saw seven turtles on the beach and a monk seal!

Z alphabet

An amazing thing happened today (of course he did much better before I tried to record him, but oh well.) I haven't tried to teach Z the alphabet, at all. Whenever i have tried, he usually tells me "No!" so I have assumed he isn't ready as he is still only two. Secondly, when you have a kiddo with a speech delay, words are way more of a concern. Well, today I was folding laundry in Hayd's room and he was hanging out with me. He grabbed these sponge letters she has and asked me what they were. I told him what each letter was and low and behold, he started singing the alphabet! I would say he almost had 2/3 of it down. I couldn't believe it. I immediately started crying and tried not to freak him out asking him to do it again! I absolutely love his school.
