These boys LOVE to ride their bikes. Z is amazing without his training wheels. It honestly took him about 15 minutes to get it down.

Digger

Thank you Mumsie for the digger. Declan is on happy kid. We need to find a place for his digger because he is making holes everywhere!

Birthday Fun

Z at his classmates party...he always finds a way to be right next to the birthday kiddo.

We had a super fun beach day for Kaimana's birthday.

Thanks Grammy Su for the see-saw. The boys love it. It fills this weird empty space under the deck perfectly. I love that they can do it together. 

Update- after see sawing for a bit, Z told Declan he was his best friend. That is a first and I will forever love this thing!

Halloween?

Costco gets in their Halloween costumes in August. If you do not make it during their first few days, you will be out of luck. Because spiderman makes an almost daily appearance, we decided to get a few more. Declan picked a fireman and I decided Z would like Hulk and a Transformer. 

Declan LOVES his costume. He even wanted to sleep with it. 

Day Two

Z's best buddy wasn't at school today so I was slightly worried at drop off. However, he was happy as ever when I picked him up. His teacher is amazed at how into his work he is. She said, "it's like he was starved for work all summer and all he wants to do is concentrate on work now." The new kids started class today and he was excited to tell me about new friends. 

First Day of School

Z in front of his classroom. Both teachers were in shock with how tall Z got and how much he matured over the summer. They noted his speech development and body awareness as the major areas of growth. 

Declan miserable once he realized Z wasn't coming home with us.
