1Year- Full of Goodness

One year and our baby is officially a toddler.  Declan means "full of goodness" and Declan has lived up to this and we are even more stoked we chose it.  He is now moving and grooving with the big kids.  There is no slowing Declan down and don't even think about giving Z something without also sharing with Declan.  He idolizes Z and wants to do whatever he is doing.  As soon as Z does something, Declan is right behind mimicking him.  Bedtimes are becoming a battle because Declan knows Daddy and Z are still awake and he wants to continue playing.  He is incredibly willful, but at the same time has the sweetest spirit.  Our friend that was visiting said, "Declan makes you feel so good about yourself, he always gives you the biggest smiles." It is true, he is genuinely happy 99% of the time.
